The Hotel AKADEMIE Naháč was reopened after complete renovation in June 2006. It is situated in the picturesque region of the Sázava Basin, close to the exit no. 29, direction Čerčany and Chocerady, from the motorway D1.

The premises of the hotel as well as the services offered and the operation are adapted to the requirements of the congress tourism. The hotel is nevertheless ready to welcome also private tourists and families traveling about the beauties of central Bohemia. In spite of its position in the proximity of the D1 motorway, the guests need not worry about noise. The reconstruction concentrated on this aspect and the hotel has been redesigned to eliminate any disturbance of its guests, whether during the day or at night. And it is exactly the favorable position of the hotel, hand in hand with the wide range of relaxation services that make it an ideal base for your excursions to interesting destinations in the neighborhoods.

Total accommodation capacity is 50 rooms (of that 4 suites and 1 room with non-barrier access). All rooms are equipped with TV with the satellite broadcasting, direct-dial telephone, internet connection and bathroom with shower. The bathrooms of the suites have baths. A half of the rooms have an outdoor terrace.

Conference premises include the large conference hall for 130 people, a conference room for 60 people and three lounges for 20 persons, one computer study-room with 14 computer units and 2 small business lounges. Complete conference technology (sound systems, data projectors, flipcharts, screens, TV sets, DVD, VHS, internet, WIFI, etc.) is available. All conference halls and rooms have daylight and are air-conditioned.

The gastronomy centers consist of the hotel restaurant with the lobby bar and a bowling bar with an outdoor barbecue terrace.

Relaxation services represent an important part of the complementary services for business managers and employees, as well as private guests and tourists. The guests are invited to spend their leisure time at the sports and relaxation premises of the hotel – 2 bowling lanes, billiard, tennis court, multipurpose playground, pétangue lane, massages, sauna, infra-sauna, fitness, whirlpools, solarium and crèche.

The neighborhoods of the hotel offers many interesting activities, parcour shooting-range in Vráž, chateaux of Konopiště and Jemniště, Sázava monastery, Český Šternberk castle, native house of the poet Svatopluk Čech with his native room. There are several marked hiking trails and cycling tracks in vicinity of the hotel. The Sázava River is a real paradise for the fans of canoeing and water tourism – the hotel can ensure an afternoon on boats with complete equipment on the Sázava.
