The house is completely newly renovated, gas central heating for each apartment separate. The two apartments are each for 4 people + 1 extra bed and can be rented individually or the house as a whole. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor - dishwasher, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. Bathroom with sink and shower, toilet, dining area, and TV-sat. In the attic there is a bedroom with one double bed and two single beds and a wardrobe. There is FREE Wi-Fi throughout the property. There are towels, bath towels, soap in the bathrooms, and bed linen in the bedrooms. There is a lounge for 8 people with the possibility of relaxation in both apartments. The garage is only suitable for bicycles or motorcycles and is equipped with sufficient electricity. There are plenty of sockets for charging electric bikes.

Excellent conditions for a relaxing holiday - the surrounding area invites to long walks along the river and in the nearby woods, as well as active leisure - nearby you can visit the sports complex with tennis courts and the local gym or fitness center. Lovers of mushroom picking, fishing and water tourism will also find a place to enjoy - the renowned Sázava River rafting.
